Alexander Technique Beginners’ Workshop: Learn to transform unnecessary tension into useful energy
A two-part introductory workshop taught by Michael Stenning

This workshop offers a clear and practical introduction to the Alexander Technique and how it can be applied to everyday situations:
daily life and routine activities
work or professional environments
sports and movement practices
leisure and rest
It’s especially helpful for those dealing with:
chronic pain
postural imbalances
musculoskeletal tension
general stress and fatigue
Classes are taught in English with a translator present.
A short Q&A session will follow each class for those interested in the 2026 teacher training program.
Alexander Technique Musicians’ Workshop: Playing with Ease
A specialized two-part workshop for musicians, led by Michael Stenning

This workshop explores how the Alexander Technique can support musical performance by helping you:
reduce performance-related tension
enhance breathing and coordination
play with freedom, presence, and expression
You’ll have the opportunity to:
bring your instrument
explore the Technique in a safe, creative environment
work with theacer who has played in professional orchestras in Australia and Germany
Classes are taught in English with a translator present.
Each session includes a short Q&A about the 2026 teacher training program.
Workshop for Trained Alexander Technique Teachers (CPD): Deepen Your Skills, Broaden Your Perspective
A two-part Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshop with Michael Stenning
📅 Sunday 15 & 22 June | 🕘 9:30 – 1:00
This advanced-level CPD workshop offers certified teachers the opportunity to:
refresh and refine core principles of the Technique
explore inhibition, direction, application, and teaching strategies
gain feedback and insight from Michael's 30+ years of experience
Expect a collaborative and supportive space for:
hands-on skill development
open discussion and Q&A
re-inspiration and reflection on your teaching practice

A brief Q&A will be held for those interested in future CPD courses or the 2026 CPD program.
